He who guides his sons and daughters on a straight path, it is written about him, You shall know peace in your house.” (Yevamot 52)

Have you reached an impasse on your path?  Are you asking yourselves what is the best way to guide your children who have reached the age of Bar or Bat Mitzvah? Are you wondering how to experience this milestone?

Join us in searching for the best path --  your own path.

We invite you to set out on your way with Kehilat Kol Haneshama.  At  Kol Haneshama, we see the preparation for Bar or Bat Mitzvah as a family process of searching and learning.  We offer a series of unique, experiential sessions for Bnai and Bnot Mitzvah which provide knowledge and tools to prepare a ceremony in our community.  The ceremony combines tradition and your own world view in a pluralistic, egalitarian atmosphere.

Are you ready to start this journey?  How would you like to relate to the footsteps left by those who have gone before?  What is a community for each and every one of us, and what is our responsibility toward the community?

What is “drasha” and how do we best prepare it?  What is prayer, and how do we create a personal prayer?  What are the Jewish values which speak to each and every one of  us?  In our sessions, we deal with these questions and enable everyone to answer them in their own special way.

Maayan Lenga – Parashat Noah
My Torah portion, Noah, is well known to everyone as the parasha of the flood that G-d brought about to punish man for his evil deeds.
