The Bar/Bat Mitzvah Committee of Kehilat Kol HaNeshama serves to monitor and supervise the educational program as well as develop an active link between the new families of the program and the general membership of the kehila. The committee initiates new programs as well determines the recipients of subsidies provided by the kehila.
The administrative staff of Kol HaNeshama accompanies the program from a logistical standpoint while Rabbi Levi Weiman-Kelman provides ongoing educational and spiritual input.
